 Our merchandise is thoroughly inspected before it is shipped.  This inspection is to ensure clients do not receive merchandise that is previously worn or handled.  Suits Abounding will replace an item or provide a full refund only for the follow circumstances:

1. You get damaged merchandise. If you get damaged merchandise we will attempt to replace the item with a duplicate of your original order.
2. A mistake was made by us (wrong color, size or style.)  If you get the wrong item due to our mistake, we will replace the item with a duplicate per your original order or provide a refund.

  Refunds will be given in the same form of payment that it was given during your original order.  If you are given a refund please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear.

Customer will forfeit payment for refused packages & unauthorized returns.

Suits Abounding is not responsible cause by dry cleaning.

All refunds/exchanges/in-store credits are contingent upon inspection of returned merchandise. All returned merchandise must have tags attached, in original packaging and no stains or odors. 

Suits Abounding has the right to deny an exchange request due to evidence of merchandise being worn or deliberate damage of merchandise. Returned items with the any of the aforementioned  problems will be shipped back to the customer and the shipping charges will be deducted from the customers IN-STORE CREDIT.

When returning merchandise we strongly recommend tracking and insuring your package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages before it arrives back to us.
