Return Policy
Our policies are in place for your protection. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.
Suits Abounding is committed to providing our clients with extraordinary merchandise. To uphold this high standard of quality. We do not give refunds, but do allow customers up to two days from receipt of merchandise to request an exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Exchanges will not be processed until we receive original merchandise.
Our merchandise is visually inspected before it is shipped. This inspection is to ensure clients do not receive merchandise that is previously worn or handled.
Suits Abounding will replace an item or provide a full refund only for the follow circumstances:
- You get damaged merchandise. If you get damaged merchandise we will attempt to replace the item with a duplicate of your original order.
- A mistake was made by us (wrong color, size or style.) If you get the wrong item due to our mistake, we will replace the item with a duplicate per your original order.
If you meet one of the above criteria, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@suitsabounding.com. Place “Exchange” in the subject line. A customer service rep. will contact ASAP to resolve the issue.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment that it was given during your original order. If you are given a refund please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear.
Refunds will not be given because clients ordered the wrong size, style or color. Please take advantage of our measurement chart to ensure a proper fit.
Customer will forfeit payment for refused packages & unauthorized returns.
Suits Abounding is not responsible cause by dry cleaning.
All refunds/exchanges are contingent upon inspection of returned merchandise. All returned merchandise must have tags attached and in original packaging.
Suits Abounding has the right to deny an exchange request due to evidence of merchandise being worn or deliberate damage of merchandise.
When returning merchandise we strongly recommend tracking and insuring your package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages before it arrives back to us.
