1. How long does it take to process orders? Once an order is placed, we immediately verify the availability with our suppliers.  Once availability is confirmed your order is processed. Processing of an order can take 2-3 days.  In the event that an item is not available we will contact you ASAP to discuss your options (i.e. place on back order, suggest an alternative or cancel the order.) Please note all merchandise is not available for backorder. Purchased items are shipped per your instructions during checkout.  It can take up to 7 - 10 days to get an order that is shipped using ground or slower service.
2.  Can I check the availability of an item before I place an order? Yes, email or call us at info@suitsabounding.com with the designer name, item #, color, size and quantity that you want to purchase. Our customer service department will get back with you as soon as possible with availability.
3. Can I cancel my order?  All orders are verified and processed shortly after it is placed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@suitsabounding.comwithin two hours of placing your order.  After the two hour mark your order may not available for cancellation. If you refuse to take delivery of an item, you will be charged a 35% restocking fee.
4. What forms of payment do you accept? We currently we process all payments via PayPal. Through Paypal we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover through PayPal ( you do not need an account.)
5. What type of security do you have to protect my information?  All payments are processed through PayPal. PalPal is the #1 processor of online payments.  The best feature of PayPal is merchants/retailers receive payment from PayPal without ever seeing your financial information.  In addition, Paypal has instituted these procedures for your protection:

·         Stay vigilant with automatic email confirmation. To help safeguard you against identity theft, every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction.

6. I prefer to order using catalogs. How do I get a copy of yours? We do not currently have printed catalogs. This option may change in the future, please check back frequently for updates.
